- John was very delighted to hear from Wm. Carey Library that they want to publish his book on church planting in Japan to be released probably next year. Elaine’s books are progressing.
- Our Home Office gave us approval to leave as scheduled at the end of December. PTL! Pray as we consider our schedule and find inexpensive tickets.
PRAYER PARTNER SPOTLIGHTS
- Pray for the Japan Congress on Evangelism Tue 9/27 through Fri 9/30. Pray that God would ignite new vision, transform many leaders toward evangelism, discipleship, and church planting. Pray that the vision to plant a new wave of churches would grow as a result of this key meeting.
- John leaves on September 22nd for a trip to Japan for the evangelism congress. Pray for John as he prepares for his workshop at the Japan Congress, for jetlag and travel weariness.
