- Continue to pray for the tensions in northeast India. And continue to pray for the planning to return to Asia this fall for significant meetings with leaders.
- We will have our first guest from Japan in our new home. Mrs. Yoko Saito will arrive this week for a short visit. Pray that she would be blessed in her visit and many activities with our other friends would bring Glory to God.
- As you can imagine, Elaine and John need God’s wisdom in planning some summer trips and other trips throughout 2023 and into 2024.
- Elaine and John celebrate their 44th wedding anniversary on June 23rd! God is Faithful.
- Elaine was blessed with being main speaker in five sessions to the women at the Evangelical Congregational Church’s annual meeting in Harrisburg, PA last month. God intervened and helped her get another flight and get home sooner!
- Thank you for your prayers for our AIT strategy summit in Seattle. We were able to do a lot of planning, have important conversations, and approve the strategy document. Continue to pray for the team as follows through with many of these decisions about planning and strategy for impact in the years ahead.
- It has been nearly 9 months since John’s knee surgery. His knees are 110%. Thanks for your prayers as he is able to do more and more ministry because of that healing.
- Elaine has begun teaching the book of Esther in the adult Bible study that meets before worship at our new home church. Pray for wisdom and skill.
