- We will be visiting several churches in the coming months. First Cincinnati, OH on August 4th, then Kenosha Wisconsin on August 17th and several others are in the planning stage for September and October. John heads back to Asia in October.
- Praise God that our home church has decided to move ahead with an expansion of the church building. The church is growing, and this work will be done over the next two years.
- Because the children and youth program is growing Elaine’s Tuesday night Life Group has to move to another location in September. Ask God to make this transition smooth and a blessing.
- Elaine’s summer lessons for the church adult Bible study on the Beatitudes (Matthew 5) was extremely well received. Thank God for all the learning. She is working on another series of lessons for next summer.
- Praise God for John’s participation in the Perspective on the World Christian Movement conference in Chicago and the connections and the training he received. Ask God for good opportunities to teach classes in several regions.
