FOCUS ON PRAYER
- Thank God for John’s recovery from total knee replacement surgery in September. The November trip to Asia went very well and was a cane-free trip. The physical therapists graduated him from his treatment. Ask God to continue his recovery until he is 100%.
- PTL we were all present and had a marvelous time with our extended family celebrating Thanksgiving in Pecatonica IL. Pray for the busy plans in December for Christmas.
- This is a month of preparation as John is off to Asia in 6 weeks. Continue to pray for the preparation for more trips next year into Asia in January (Japan, Thailand, Malaysia) and February. Also possible trips in April, May, and September 2023.
- Please remember to pray for each of the seven Asia Impact Team members (David, Steve, Cirilo, Mark, Larry, Phu, and John) as we all have many opportunities for ministry and personal relationships with local Asian leaders for coaching and mentoring.
- Thank God that John’s new book was completed to mobilize more mission efforts and prayer to Japan. There has been a lot of great feedback about it. See it at Amazon Japanese as an Unreached People Group: Focusing the Task.
- John and Asia Impact Team team member Phu Pham are working on a Strategic Plan for our AIT by our meeting in Thailand in January. Pray for wisdom, insight, listening to God’s Spirit, and a clarity of thought to assemble this future plan.
