1. Valentine’s Party busts out talking about love. John was sharing from I Corinthians 13 and 1John4 about the Biblical view of love and how God loves us unconditionally with agape love. One Japanese wanted to hear the Bible passage again. Another said she received an e-card with the same 1John4 passage. The discussion is continuing. Keep praying for these Japanese who, like us, want the love only God can offer us.
2. Elaine is completing on March 20th her 12 lesson Bible study in English. Ask God to bless the last class with open hearts and also for plans to revise the material and make it available to more churches.
3. John will be starting personal evangelism training at the Crossroad church in April. This is a direct result of his doctoral studies. The information meeting for those interested in beginning this four-month training program in March 13th. Pray for clarity of presentation and that many would take up the challenge to learn more skills for personal evangelism through this training.
4. Our Annual Field Council is March 30 to April 1st. Pray as our Converge Worldwide Japan team works on new initiatives and projects. In the midst of busyness ask God to help us collectively and individually dream and have new visions for future ministry.
